Different Safe Solar Eclipse Viewing methods

Solar Filters
One of the ways to view the eclipse is to look at the eclipse through a
safe viewing filter. These filters can come in the form of personal viewers. It is safe to view the eclipse from viewers made from Black Polymer 5 or 6 density.

Solar Cameras
Another way to view the eclipse is to make a pin-hole camera. This can be made using a tubular box open at both ends. While one end is taped with an opaque material and a small pin-hole is made in the centre, fixed on the other end is a translucent piece of paper. When the pin-hole is pointed in the direction of the sun, an image of the sun is formed on the translucent surface at the other end. The longer the tube, the larger the image of the sun.

Solar Reflectors
Cover a mirror with a sheet of cardboard with a hole of about 1cm cut into the cardboard. Point the mirror such that the reflection of the sun falls on a wall or on the side of a building, and watch the eclipse as it happens.
